Participating in creative brainstorming and creative internal meetings on projects;
Working with colleagues and supervising the creative department to develop ideas;
Preparing and defending your ideas;
Working independently on project preparation, understanding timings and deadlines, providing clear and professional feedback to the project team;
Presenting creative ideas to the client;
Creative and authorial supervision of the project at all stages of development;
Supervision of designers' work;
A clear understanding of the structure of the proposal to the client (presentation structure

Experience of working as an art director/creative designer in BTL/ Event agencies for at least 3 years
Excellent communication skills, dynamic, punctuality, clarity, stress resistance;
Competent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to understand business goals, specifics, needs and desires of clients;
Ability to solve tasks in a timely manner
Developed imagination, bright, non-standard creative thinking,
Ability to work in a team, while being responsible for your block of tasks;
Being in the context of trends and changes in the market.
